The scrapbook is filled with real photo postcards, photographs and snapshots. The clothing and vehicles depicted in the images suggest that these items likely date to sometime in the 1950s. There also is a photo postcard of the entertainer "Howdy Reynolds" who appears to have been active in the 1950s.
One of the snapshots is labeled with a 1941 date, so perhaps at least some of the items are from the 1940s. Any spots in the photos are just camera flash glare. Overall, this scrapbook is in good condition with no significant damage or problems. Most of the images seem to be glued or otherwise affixed to the pages inside the scrapbook.
Other items are held in place with mounting corners. The cover, and the pages inside, have relatively slight wear to the edges and corners. The pages inside have some discoloration from age and some pages have a few small tears and nicks. The photos provide a good indication of the condition.
